Adhesives: (Craft Bond™ Extra Strength Glue Stick) Elmer's® Products (dimensional circles)
Tools: (X-Acto® Rotary Paper Trimmer, X-Acto® Gripster® Knife and Self-Healing Cutting Mat, Ultra Fine Black and White Painters®) Elmer's® Products (acrylic block for stamp, 1/4" hand punch) (sewing machine with black thread)

Finished size: 4" x 9"

1. Use X-Acto® rotary paper trimmer to cut mini dot paper for card. Fold mini dot paper into card. Cut notch 2" circle notch from top of card – both front and back. Use sewing machine and black thread to irregularly sew up and down left side and bottom of card, forming a pouch for invite.
2. Use X-Acto® rotary paper trimmer to cut tossed hat paper slightly smaller than diamond flourish paper for invite. Use Craft Bond™ glue stick to attach. Use hand punch to make hole at top center. Tie ribbon onto invite.
3. Use X-Acto® knife and cutting mat to cut diamond shapes from remaining diamond paper. Add jewels to diamond shapes and use dimensional circles to randomly attach diamonds to  pouch. Use Ultra Fine White Painters® to write, "You're Invited…" onto tag. Use dimensional circles to attach tag and arrow brads pointing to opening in pouch. 
4. Use Black Painters® to write on invite. Let dry. Slip into pouch.
