1 Make card base from cardstock.

2 Trim cardstock into panels and adhere to card base.

3 Trim patterned paper; adhere to card base.

4 Die-cut lady bug pieces from cardstock. Assemble and adhere to card base.

5 Adhere brads and tie ribbon.
