SUPPLIES:  Cardstock: (yellow, red, black, white)  Clear stamps: (Sky's the Limit, Anytime Messages set) Hero Arts  Dye ink: (Blackbird) Clearsnap  Specialty ink: (Cosmic Pink, Carrot Cake, Sunkissed, Citrus Tickle, Smooch Spritz spray inks) Clearsnap  Fibers: (orange ribbon) Die: (tag) Spellbinders   Tool: (Color Catcher) Clearsnap Finished size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

1 Make card base from cardstock.

2 Place white cardstock onto Color Catcher; spray from top down using mists to create a rainbow effect.

3 Die cut ribbon tag, stamp sentiment. Thread ribbon through tag, wrap around rainbow piece.

4 Trim colored cardstocks; stamp sun image. Layer and adhere cardstock pieces.

5 Adhere all panels to card base.
