1 Make card base from cardstock.

2 Trim patterned paper panel; adhere to card. Machine stitch and create seven boxes.

3 Affix stickers; varying heights using dimensional adhesive.

4 Tie twine in bow; adhere.

6 Circle punch patterned papers; adhere in boxes.

7 Affix sentiment sticker.
