1 Make card base from patterned paper.

2 Cut a square in the card base. Trim Cardstock to frame window. Machine stitch.

3 Affix cupcake in window.

4 Trim patterned paper strips; accordion fold to create fan effect. Adhere. Machine stitch.

5. Affix "hi."
